They've always been on time, and are courteous and polite. I have relied on Kiddies Fun Trak on many occasions over the last twenty years, as part of community volunteer services, as well as for my own business. While they do offer other services, my experience has been the rental of bouncy castles. When they deliver and install a bouncy castle they work with me to ensure the best placement for the safety of the children. One year, at a community service fundraiser, a switch on the generator wasn't working. When we called Kiddies Fun Trak, the woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped to get the equipment working right away, and later that morning one of their technicians came by to check how things were going, and he brought a backup generator. This is excellent customer service."
